MedX is a modern clinic management platform designed to centralise healthcare operations into one seamless digital ecosystem.
Challenge
Before MedX, many clinical processes had to be handled manually, which made daily operations slow and inefficient. Existing software solutions had poor UX and outdated UI, making them difficult to use, while also failing to cover all essential workflows in one place.
Solution
Designed a simple and unified platform that brings patient management, scheduling, inventory, and reporting into one intuitive system. The new experience focuses on faster workflows, easy navigation, and reducing the time spent on administrative tasks.
