At FarmAct, I designed the all-in-one operations platform for agricultural contractors across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) — now used by 500+ Lohnunternehmen to cut office work in half, save 1 hour per driver per day, and replace paper Lieferscheine with a single mobile-first workflow.

Project Overview
FarmAct is the most flexible software for Lohnunternehmen, agriculture and transport businesses across the DACH region. One app spans accounting, office management, dispatch and analytics — connecting the office with every driver in the cab in real time.
Challenge
German agricultural contractors run high-margin, weather-driven operations on paper delivery slips, Excel dispatch boards and scattered DATEV exports. Drivers, dispatchers and accountants worked from different sources of truth, losing hours per day to duplicate entry and chasing missing tickets — all from muddy tractor cabs, not desks.
Solution
Designed a four-pillar product — Buchhaltung (invoices, delivery notes, DATEV / Maschinenring / banking), Büromanagement (staff, time tracking, live overview), Disposition (planning board, digital dispatch, fleet & machine planning, live map for "follow-me" routing) and Analysen (profitability, post-calc, digital logbook). Built around a mobile-first driver experience that works tablet-in-the-cab and a desktop dispatcher console that syncs in real time.
